Ontario - Fall 2008 - Day 3

Liis and I spent most of yesterday traveling from Meaford to Mississagua Lake, near Buckhorn, Ontario, Canada. We’re staying in a lake cottage owned by Liis’ sister and brother-in-law. It’s my third visit to the cottage over the past five years; Liis has been here on many more occasions.

Ontario - Fall 2008 - Day 2

Liis and I arrived in Meaford, Ontario, Canada, on October 8, 2008. We had a wonderful dinner - courtesy of Liis’ step-mother, Mary MacDonald - and got a great night’s sleep before spending part of the following day in town.

This is our second Fall visit to Meaford over the past few years during the community’s Scarecrow Festival.

On October 8, Liis and I had an appointment with Toronto-area real estate agent Iris Li. We met at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel and Iris showed us a number of for sale homes in high-rise condominium buildings in downtown Toronto.
