The Northwest African American Museum, in Seattle, closed the Xenobia Bailey: Aesthetics of Funk exhibition with a Funk Night party, on April 20, 2012. You can see more photos of this event on my web site.
My advice? Make your way to the Seattle Art Museum ’s Olympic Sculpture Park pavilion to see a brilliant new installation by Brazilian artist Sandra Cinto. I photo documented the installation for the museum; visit my web site to see more images. The work will be up until April 13, 2013.
