The 2008 Earshot Jazz Festival included a pair of performances by the Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra (SRJO), featuring guest artist James Moody. The October 31 and November 1, 2008, performances were held in the Nordstrom Recital Hall in Seattle and the Kirkland Performance Center. James Moody is a legendary saxophonist and flutist, honored as an NEA Jazz Master in 1998. Jim Wilkie of radio station KPLU recorded the Kirkland session and you can hear musical selections in streaming audio. Photographer and SRJO board of directors member Bruce Moore captured images of the Kirkland performance.
