Fremont Fair Solstice Parade - 2008

The Solstice Parade and Pageant in this year’s Fremont Fair in Seattle, as always, ranged from the fairly ridiculous to the nearly sublime.

Overheard this year was a three or four year old asking her father “why are the people naked, Daddy?” And pops smoothly replying, “because it’s the one day of the ear they can be, Honey.”
