On May 17, 2008, Liis and I flew to the Washington, DC, area to attend the Georgetown University Law School Graduation Gala. Our niece was a graduate.
The gala was held in DC’s National Building Museum. A few weeks later, Hillary Clinton made her Democratic presidential candidacy concession speech in this facility.
