Robert Wade Photos at Seattle's Alexis Hotel
The Alexis Hotel in downtown Seattle has an art focus that includes displaying original works in guest suites and art exhibitions in hotel public spaces. The Alexis is also a corporate supporter of Seattle's Ronald McDonald House.
In the Spring of 2006, I volunteered photo services for two Alexis-sponsored events at the Ronald McDonald House - an Easter egg painting event and a cookie baking event - resulting in an exhibition at the Alexis that was on display through December 31, 2006.
The Alexis sponsored an exhibition reception on November 2, 2006, that included a guitarist, excellent hors d'oeuvres, beverages and invited guests.
The exhibition displayed the following images from the two Ronald McDonald House events:
